The character is a male teen, living in the rural mountain northwest as best I recall, who gets electrocuted and winds up with powers, including the power to "juice" athletes. He winds up juicing a number of South Korean athletes, winds up winning huge bets on the Olympics, and (as I recall) his boat gets blasted with a tactical nuke and he survives, along with most of his crew, due to his abilities.
Have tried to find it on SOL with no success to this point. Any ideas?
