What I remember of the story:
some guy wants to get rid of his current girlfriend and convinces her that to keep dating him she needs to graduate from a slave school, in the hope of scaring her off. It so happens that his friend (our protagonist) is running such a school. Our protagonist reluctantly agrees to the scam and starts training her.
I can think of a couple of stories that involve "voluntary" slave training facilities, but none that involve a friend of the operator who wants to get rid of a girlfriend.
Sounds a bit like my admittedly vague memories of The Story Of O.
The original Story of O was about the 1 on 1 training of a submissive referred to as O by IIRC, the Marquis de Sade. It was not an organized facility for training multiple slaves.

Looking at the description of Morgan's story they do not seem to match the story line I have in memory.
I seem to remember that the concept of the slave school was the scam, it was not real but just presented as such to the 'victim' all meant to scare her away.
And I am not even sure I read the story here or at another site.
Storry, not the story I am looking for.
But the stories by MWTB are some of my all time favorites! I really hope he will at some time write the sequel to Growing Up a Master.
