A poor white boy living in the projects discovers a love for little girls while playing hide-n-seek. His discovery occurs while hiding in a bush with one of the girls.
Later in life he has money and buy's two girls from their mother. The mother is killed before she can cash the check that he paid her with.
At some point he gets the check back from a neighbor of the mom.
He is also investigated by child services, but it turns out that the investigator is having sex with her own preteen daughter.
I have done both a category and an advanced search for the story with no luck. Because of the age of the girls in the story, the story has to be pre-2009 which means a lot of the category codes were non-existent anyway.
