Well, let me describe what I do remember of the story:
A guy gets to work at a fertility/impregnation clinic. His job is to fuck the women and impregnate them. The program is led by a female doctor (ex-military if I am not mistaken) and she works with two nurses (also ex-military). They work with the male MC to enhance his technique.

Don't recall, but it does remind me of a similar one where a man has sex with people to cure them. He is guarded by police and military, it's set in the future... something along the same lines.

Another little piece of information came to my mind:
During his training, they specifically worked on him ejaculating a little bit during the sex, continue fucking the women and then blowing his full load in them.
