Read this really top notch story, but can't recall the title or author. MC was heir to family business and estate, was fooling around with his cousins but no vaginal penetration (must be a virgin to get married ya know) but their chaperone (a NUN of course) took care of his vaginal needs when he got done with the girls.
Father sent him to the African trading post the family owned and ran so he could really learn the business before he had to take over. Got himself a nice African slave to keep him happy while there.
Much intrigue, inter family rivalry, while exploring new trade options. Father killed, girls kidnapped, but the MC prevails in the end after quite a bit of adventure.
