Looking for the story of a teen who saved his young neighbour after her parents passed away: she then, has been saved/adopted by his parents and moved into his house as his "sister".
He became very successful being the poster boy of a big sports business and became very very close to the head of this business, including sexually...
Looks a bit like "Stupid Boy" and it is really as excellent.
