MC encounters a portal and is transported from our world to a land of high fantasy, where he is approached by a dragon which recognises him: during his adventures he slowly learns that an enemy wiped his memory, transported him to our world, where has been mentored and guided by a man who is pretending to be a friend. The tale involves politics and war amongst magic wielders.
