Looking for a story. Man finds out wife is cheating on him with another woman. The woman hates men, makes his life hell after they separate.
He goes on to be a park ranger(?) The wife turns up with their two kids and the woman looking for a protection.
The two daughters want to be with him as well as the wife again. Only other thing I can remember is the woman had put their dog down and had kept it a secret from the family, the husband let them know when they showed up looking for help.
