I wish he would put them here

That is the one thanks. He post here under Ka Hmnd. He has several pages of stories.

Yeah I have on both sites, but the xxx site has a lot of great stories not on here. I spent a whole day on it just reading them wondering why I never saw them before

Its why it pays to bookmark the author's pages sometimes instead of the individual stories. I have 3 pages bookmarked for Ka Hmnd under both of his names. Sure makes it easier to go back and read some of his stories periodically. And I have also suggested a few times that those stories would fit nicely both here and on FS and the scifi site as well. But so far no luck.

Of course, if you like a story well enough you could always just create an epub in Sigil (for your own use, not to be distributed of course!). This way, you can read the story whenever you want (and off-line too). Depending on the method you use to make the epub, typically, it can take anywhere between ten minutes and a half an hour (depending on the length of the story) to make a novel-length story (but longer for epics).

If the source is a text file, the easiest way I have found is to bring it into Libre Office, do any cleanup/changes, save it as on .odt file, then use the add-in I found to convert it to epub. For html files I use Merger #12 from softsnow.biz to turn them into one single html file, then use calibre to convert that to epub. Either way takes only about ten minutes or so. The only drawback is that sometimes calibre turns both sides justified into centered, but if it does I just go back and run it again with a left justified override.

hay yawl, I read a story a few years ago. it has no sex in it. it's about a cop that retires to the Az. area, buys a cabin for ten grand, on top of a mountain top, from the old guy that sold the cabin was a gun runner or something that he had a scullers hole behide the refuge. the cop takes a job as chief and finds all kinds of crimes. he finds his grand daughter is part of a people runner trade. there are all kinds of bad guys. lots of good people doing great jobs. the story kicks ass on all boards. but I for the life of me can't remember the name, nor can I remember the authors name. so if anyone knows the tales name or authors name, I'd like too read it again. take note ,fintinman@msn.com

Sounds like the Shamus Journals from Terriblethom
If you're looking for a story different from the original post you should start a new thread in the Lost stories forum.
