I remeber reading civil war/antebellum story here way back when like 2004 or 2005, i believe it was a time travel story. The MC started to change history at a plantation and trying to fix a plantation. It wascalled winds of change or ride of something... the title had to do a boat i think. Everyone have any idea what the story was or who it was by? Thanks
The Scot wrote a story like that which was originally called What the ? and later changed to Winds of Change and it involved the use of a few modern military ships

Also, there's a similar story by H2OWader called Winds where the MC was lost in an airplane. This story was pulled.
Edit to add: While both involved plantations the H2OWader story was more about what happened on the plantation.
