I believe the title had Side Bet in it. Basically a side bet during a poker game makes a girl into a guy's "slave". I remember it wasn't anything heavy. One scene I remember has her naked under a coat talking to the door guy to the apartment.

I'm thinking it was called Side bet bluff but I can't find it in the search so I'm still searching.
