Sounds a little like Learning Curves by Jay Cantrell, although the two characters fall in love more than she just gives herself to him.

I can't remember the characters names there but that would be a bit more appropriate for Tiffany than for Hailey. Tiff's mother ordered her to find a rich man but she had no interest in complying.
The word "aristocracy" implies that the character is from Europe or possibly Asia.
You have the right names. Hailey's mom was trying to get Hailey to do something similar. She was brought up to go for money and while Phil had been popular, she did not perceive him as being rich until she learned about his family.
Because the OP wasn't sure about the aristocracy angle, I suggested Learning Curves (especially since Hailey acted pretty aristocratic, lol).
Yeah - I should have deleted that line after I remembered Hailey and looked at the story for Tiffany.
The OP seems to be looking for a more mercenary arrangement than in this story, we'll see.
