I really hope you guys can help me retrieving 2 stories....

1 - Ex special forces man, dog, cabin on mountain, obviously some sex & violence, tall girl who love to run naked with them, wanting to buy the next door land and a shoot out happens.

What is the name of the story please ?

2 - A very, very long time ago, I read a good story that somehow got lost on the HDD..
Boy - girl, cabin at a lake, mother of girlfriend becomes involved, he prefers mom, eventually the guys get to run a one or more PC shop. I vaguely remember also a minibus somewhere in the story.
