That was put together months ago. It's likely he changed is pen name since then, because the story link in the awards takes you to the story with the new pen name which is the file for the original posting but the new pen name on it. Thus showing it's the same story.
It's easy for authors to change their pen name, and also easy to have Lazeez move the stories between pen names if you want him to.

Since Lazeez also is in charge of the Clitorides Awards, he can update the pen name that appears there even for entries of previous years if so requested.
