I remember reading a story, I believe on this site, that starts with an adolescent discovering some sort of telekinesis that goes through periods of growth and stagnation over time. This eventually expands beyond the entire earth, and he takes climate related actions. Also a plot line in which he attacks his wife's father or something? Can anyone help me find this again?
