MC is a long-haul truck driver. He gets divorced. his wife was either pregnant at the time or the baby was an infant. He promised ex he would not interfere with her or the child's life. When he comes home from a run he reads in the paper that the girl (grown up now) is very ill and needs kidney transplant but they are having a hard time finding donor.
