Try the author Lubrican. Pregnancy is a recurring theme and more than one generation has arisen in some of them.

No question his stuff suffers from careless errors, but while his stories repeat themes, many of them combine humor and hot passages.
It's more likely for the narrator to knock up his sister(s) and his mom, rather than his girlfriend, however.
Charlie's Naked Proposal is good, and funny. Swimming with the Dolphins is another good one.
