Teen girl falls through bathroom and lands in magical world. There was a band of people who helped her. A dwarf, a werewolf, and a slightly older swordswoman who takes a motherly role. If I remember correctly it was incomplete. She got sick towards the end.

For the life of me I can't remember the author or title, but I too read it, on SOL. It was very good.
