The MC eats at either a Cajun or Creole restaurant and understands the cook who is talking about the special. He tells his buddies to eat and not ask questions. I can't remember the meat, but "swamp rat" comes to mind - but I cant find a familiar reference in word search. I thought it was in Lexi Redux but I can't find it there.
