DoOver story i can't recall name of nor find

If i remember correctly the MC dies while attending a poker tournament. He awakens as a teen again at home where:
1. he starts up a conversation with prettiest girl in school on the bus who he eventually marries at the end
2. his father is an abusive husband, the mother eventually leaves and marries a rich guy towards the end of the story. the guy is a booster at the school he eventually plays college football at.
3. the MC changes his lifestyle, becomes healthy and a football star in HS and college
4. He of course, has sex with tons of girls in HS and college, using his maturity.

Cannot recall the title or character names -- broad searches are coming up with zip.

Appreciate it but that's not it. Additional details are that he ends up joining a regular poker game with his grandfather. Also there's a subplot of a kid he ostracizes for drugging girls who ends up drugging the wrong girl and her family gets revenge via a hog farm or something similar

Dying at a poker tournament would seem to narrow it down. It seems like the one point I do not remember in the stories I have read.

Most of the other points do seem to show up in stories but not together.

Is it possible you are remembering a few stories together?

Revenge via hog farm -- using the hogs to dispose of yhe body? That sounds familiar. Something like MC collaborating with the victims extremely tough sister.

... unfortunately, early do-over stories were often tagged 'Time Travel' as, IIRC, the do-over tag had not been introduced.
