I had to look that one up, it is by https://storiesonline.net/a/stratothrax and both of his stories were abandoned in early 2023.
Hope I'm not confusing this with another author but didn't they abandon their stories here and focused their updates on patreon or another pay fan site?
I just vaguely remember a fantasy style sword and sorcery setting story that this happened to but that was years ago so forgot the details but I did like the story from what I feel/remember like with the dread wolf story 😆
