I started this story and read the first few chapters seing that it was really long, I thought that will take care of the week in Rio at night.
The storie was about a coming of age by a boy living with his single mother and finding he is very good at throwing a football. At the time I left for this trip, his mother was dying of breast cancer and has to play for Notre Dame in college...
I wrote the name and author in the note book that is still on my desk.
