I'd forgotten how to search on a story title (Advanced Search did it for me) but https://storiesonline.net/s/71089/recluse-and-ghost was the only search result.
I didn't finish it. It stopped being about people and became more about how hard the MC could work.

Due to CRS I don't remember why, but I too stopped reading and storing the chapters on my hard drive back in October 2018 with Chapter 21 (of 63).
There are only two reasons I stop reading a story:
1) I dislike the turn the story takes;
2) an ongoing serial is posted so slowly, that I've forgotten too much of the previous chapter(s) to understand what's going on in the newly posted chapter.
In the case of Recluse and Ghost it has to be 1) 'cause the story was already concluded in March 2013.
I don't intend to start reading the story again just to find out what I disliked.
