I am sure a good few years ago I read the Legend of Eli Crow. When I read it again, this year, it ended with the Young Bucks returning from a "mission". Now this is where I am lost, (not an unusual occurrence) as I thought it went well past that as a sort of epilogue.
There was a bit where one of the Bucks took Eli out in a new fangled motor car and just about scared him to death. It quickly goes on to summarise the Crow family honours from W.W.I. It ends with the Journal that one of the girls wrote being handed to the local historical society where the recipient was most grateful for the information there in.
Am I really mixing this up with another story, in which case can anybody help me with the other story.
