I'm pretty sure this question's been asked,but...
Story about Canadian boy who discovers alien tech, uses it to start a robotics company. Does a short stint at MIT, then returns to Canada.
I recall hearing that the author pulled himself and the story from this site. Hoping someone knows where he relocated it, assuming he did. PM me if need be, please.
