I recall reading the story, but not the title. She wrecks her Jeep in a storm, loses her ID, phone, and other belongings down a river canyon, and winds up with amnesia. Loner-type living on the mountain finds and rescues her, helps her along, and they develop a relationship. Then she remembers everything one day.
