This was a story about a race. I don't remember if it was a marathon or shorter. I think it is seen thru the eyes of a reporter but the gist of the story is that he talks to a relative or maybe grandmother. And she tells him about her grandson who is running the race and why. At the end you find out the boy is blind. Very sad but uplifting story. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you, that's the one. My granddaughter is 15 and was just named the cross country captain of her school team. She is a great young lady and I thought she would appreciate this story. So once again, thank you.
