I remember reading story about a boy/teenager with mind control power, also he's able to make a girl breast bigger(his childhood girl friend i think). One short scene that would indicate the right story: there is an football player who attacks the MC, the MC throws the other guy across the parking lot breaking the guy's spine, and then forces everyone watching back as he fixes the player then plants subliminal triggers in the guy's head so that he can never be a threat again.
I appreciate all you guys helping, I'm gonna give another key points of story that i remember. A lot of character with mind control power take a Dom position in relationship dynamics. However MC in this story influence the girls in the story to at least be in control even if its not outright dominant position. Hence why i remember the plot where the girl ride him(also think the teacher did that to). While the girl ride him, he "adjust" her breast also maybe experiment with his bioshaping power.
