This story I recall reading on asstr many years ago.
The main character was a man who I think inherits either a lumberyard, quarry or some sort of business like that. It's more of a romance story, but I remember towards the end of the story he roleplays with his partner which involved a scene where he catches her, blindfolds her etc. I remember the story not starting with the inheritence and being reasonably long and having some interesting stories, but I've never been able to find it again. I think he may either meet her by interviewing her for a position at the company, after he takes over or before. I recall some drama happening involving the inheritence as well.
