The story I'm looking for is about a family of four (Mom, Dad, daughter, son) on vacation or some kind of trip to Africa or maybe some caribbean island, where they are introduced to incest by local black families. The local families are depicted as a kind of 'tribe', not very modern, even though the story is set in the present.
