I remember the start pretty well, but from there on it just seems to be deleted from my memory.
It is a bro/sis story, where the brother is sitting in a bath, and his sister stands at the door. She asks him if she can come in, and he agrees to it. What I remember as well is that she had it all planned out. I know I dont have that many clues, but I would love some suggestions.

Unless someone else remembers it, what I'd do is go to the author's pages for authors who write a lot of B/S incest stories, like Lubrican, and just read over story descriptions. Maybe something will trigger your memory.
To my mind the plot description sounds more like Young Thinker, in which case he won't have any luck since they have been removed.
