Where is Richard?

LonelyDad ๐Ÿšซ

Anyone know what happened to Richard King? His last blog post from 5/2020 mentioned being hospital after breaking a limb.

@LonelyDad

I just checked and the last he was heard from was his blog post on 5/19/2020, but he is not listed as inactive in Author Info. I realize there is no direct connection between SOL and Author Info so I am unclear as to how things like this would be handled.

Following an incident that we don't speak of, Keet needed emergency testicular surgery at a fairground and as a result now has a crystal ball. He and his partners try very hard to only wield his crystal ball for "good". And mostly achieve their goals, but occasionally they don't handle it right and a "cock up" results. When that happens they do clear up the mess as rapidly as possible.

The boring version isa that Keet et al only post to Author Info details that can be confirmed to the best of their knowledge.

They wouldn't even let me keep my old one when they removed it let alone get a shiny crystal one.

I gave my left nut and got nothing in return.

I've heard of prosthetic nuts for neutered dogs. I'm surprised they don't have something similar for people.

They do. In the UK, survivors of testicular cancer are offered them as standard.

It's my understanding they pretty much are NOW here in the US as well, but back in the dark ages when my treatment was still considered experimental, they weren't. They were available - the first time I saw one was in 1978 back during a visit to Rose Hulman Institute of Technology.

Or at least out in rural BFE where I had my first surgery, since it was with a urologist and not actually at a cancer hospital, they weren't offered.

My mind boggles at the fact that there are people out there whose job consists of fondling real and prosthetic testicles with the aim of making prosthetic testicles more and more realistic.

Reminds me of a female to male I once knew, who was very proud of his new set of balls, and was very happy to display them and show me how he squeezed one to 'erect' the penis made out of his thigh flesh, and how he squeezed the other to deflate his, well I suppose you could technically describe it as his 'third leg'. Both balls and penis were remarkably 'lifelike' though his penis was somewhat larger than 'average' (both erect and deflated), the advantage of 'building your own' I suppose.

Not the most bizarre thing I have ever seen/touched/witnessed, but 'pretty darn close' as they say...

I lost mine because a doctor during surgery on the sack sliced it open and killed it.

Alas, nothing exciting like that. We can't follow all contributors and determine if they are eligible for listing. If you think we need to list an author just mail us at info@readerinfo.net and we will investigate. You can also PM one of us if that's easier for you.

There haven't been any rich, hard Kings in a long time.
