The protagonist is a student that learns to use his 'power' by a professor at the college/school.
I remember him having a roommate, and he at one time uses his power to have at it with his roommates girlfriend/Lover.
He also uses it on a student laying outside making her masturbate in public (although no one notices)
I vaguely remember the professor only progressively teaching him his power, as he is not ready for it all at once.
I remember the protagonist bringing a girl he instructed to follow him(using his power) to a meeting with the professor
He have a girl that is infatuated by his power, and wants to be with him, and help him even with obtaining other girls.
Any suggestions to what this story might be is appreciated, I very possibly could have misremembered some things.
