I'm looking for another story, and I only have one brief scene I remember. One of the girls in the story girl is kidnapped, I and locked in a concrete bunker or bomb shelter in a backyard in the middle of nowhere with the bad guy who is trying to rape her, and the MC comes and rescues her. I believe the cops are also involved at some point.
Sorry there is so few details on this one, I'm sure it's just one scene from a longer story, but I don't know which one.

I think there are some stories with this scenario.
One of the girls in "A True History" is rescued by the MC from an underground bunker. I cant remember in which book it actually happens.

The girl rescued from an underground bunker in Starfleet Carl's A True History was not in danger of being raped... in fact she was trapped there, alone, with no one left alive that knew of her existence (A True History, Book 3, Ch 25).
Twins, and their mother.
I thought of putting this story forward in the "twins" request but the only relationship the MC has with the two is as their father.

I have a vague memory of this - woman kidnapped by a drug dealer? His two budyguards are disposed of in a gruesome manner, MC and the female torture dealer in his own dungeon ?
I don't remember the name but i belive the mc is a retired agent of some sort that became sheriff of a small town. He died on his porch if I remember correctly because of a fight with a huge bad guy.

I want to thank everyone for the replies. I still have not found the story, and I cant seem to recall anymore details. I may have to give up on this one until I remember some more details.
I believe the "bad guy" was high and/or on steroids at the time, but that's not really any more helpful.
Probably not the one you want, but there is a similar scene in Ch.24 of Jay Cantrell's The Outsider, where the kidnapped girl is held in and old rail cat in an abandoned rail yard. However, the perps (one of whom is her sister) are in the rail car with her when the MC arrives to rescue her.
This is not the story, But its one of my favorites. The scene I'm remembering is 100% in a cement bunker or storm shelter type ting on a remote property in the forest somewhere. The person/people doing the rescue have to fight to get the door open. I just wish I could recall any other details to make the search easier.
