MC is in high school. A mother and her two daughters move in next door. Their first meeting does not go well and the rest of the neighborhood shuns the new women. He sees the mom and older daughter playing at master and slave in their back yard by the pool. I think he takes pics of them. He basically becomes their new master. Please help me find the author.
