looking for story I read about two brits who setup a rescue organisation. Set mostly in Africa.
Looks like he's pulled everything down from SoL. There's no listing for him under Author's anymore.
Loved reading the K2 books, and Magestic was a good read a well.
Send me a PM if you want an email address for Geoff Wolak to contact him. I bought all of Magestic and K2 directly from him because I refuse to buy anything from amazon.
Geoff Wolak had a personal website going for a while, where he sold some of his books.
IIRC, he had evolved Magestic into 2 or 3 books (very large books), which used the story as originally posted as book 1. Book 2 was "back in time to colonial africa", and I don't recall what, if anything, was up with #3. (Maybe it wasn't available, I just don't recall.)
There are some other stories, including Drake, from "early wolak." Presently, he just stopped writing on a series about a UK commando (all the three-letter agencies show up, and "Deep State" is a real organization). He is now writing "Ricky Roscov" about a Marty Stu teen who turns into a celebrity. It's up to 13 or 14 books, the Lone Wolf series went to 30 or 40 books. He's producing about a book every 12 weeks, and apparently relying on Amazon sales to fund his lifestyle. Most, if not all, of these works are available for KU, so that's probably the cheapest way to get them.

Magestic is 3 books. 1 and 2 were posted here on SOL until they were removed. Book 3 synopsis:
Dr Singh opens a micro-portal to a parallel world, a post-apocalyptic world, only to find that aliens have occupied that world. There seems to be no human life on this new world, but a base is discovered under the ice of Antarctica, the human colony residing there hiding many secrets. Paul and Jimmy investigate, a paradox about to unfold.
This new world holds many secrets, and attempts to assist the aliens will lead to a war with far reaching consequences unless a paradox is fulfilled.
It's the 'smallest' of the three books at around 252000 words (~1475kB). He might have split them into more books for sales on KU.
