I read it about a year or so a go don't remember much but here goes,
Guy is sleeping in a safe room mother guy enters without tripping any sensors and somehow outs nails into the sleeping guys heart without breaking the skin. When the sleeping guys guards don't get a reply after a couple days they call it in and get permission to open the safe room to find him dead. When the do an autopsy that's when they find the nails.
