That was the most recent story I've read by him.
It stretched believability for me. Especially for the settings.
Tennessee has a lot of farming areas, but none that fit his description in the Knoxville area. His description of how he used the river water in TVA areas would also get someone arrested if they tried to enact it.
The theory was sound, but it was only theory.
