Thank you for posting! I had not seen Always on SOL, and did not think to search. I've read most of his stories on the other site that starts with an L. Read Smallholder twice. Also agree on Jay C.
The name rang a bell so I followed the link and I confirmed that I'd read and enjoyed many of his stories. But, his last story, Find Me? Forgive me? ...it was not great IMO. After reading the whole thing I won't say I feel like I wasted my time, but I was sure disappointed. It relied on too much coincidence and lack of communication to drive the conflict. (I call this the Three's Company technique, after the sitcom that employed this in practically every episode.) Also, there was one glaringly obvious plot hole that the characters studiously ignored, which pulled me out of the story.
