I'm working (slowly) on a brother/sister story with enemas and incest, but really can't say when it will be ready to post. I have a couple of other similar tagged stories on SOL.
You might consider placing that sort of games in the framework of a do-over story. Depending on the age of the siblings (would have to be over 14 here on SOL) its not clear how someone who did not have a long period of experience would know how or what to do.

So do it with siblings that are in their late 20s /early 30s. Have both recovering from failed relationships and the get together to commiserate and sparks happen.
Not a do-over, but set in the 1980's as a remembrance of the brother as to how it all started. Mother was a nurse (not involved in the plot line) and used enemas on the kids when younger. Brother is first year college and sis is 14 or 15. (TBD)
I searched Bing (Google competitor) for storiesonline incest and clicked on page one. It said there are well over 6,000 incest stories on SOL. The first 15 are 9.0 or higher.
I've bought and read all three of the stories in the trilogy. No plot spoilers, but it's a great read. Well worth the price if you do not want to wait for the free weekly posts.
Considering that all three stories are novel length, and the last one is as large as the first two combined, I was too impatient to spend the next two years reading them. :D

Just checked that page and apart from the book names I have to wonder if it is the same story. In SOL he has a potential incest problem regarding his sister and no (probably underage niece is so far mentioned, pee sex, sexual submission, female cuckolding, many graphic depictions of sex with several very different women - the last perhaps. As for " The book does NOT contain: gay sex and unsavoury descriptions of bodily functions or involuntary sex" thank goodness.
The SOL version of Best Sister is identical to the Epub version he offers for sale. The Uncle/niece story is a different set of characters. Dudderie uses Martin as the name of his main character, much as Lubrican's characters are all named Bob. I've read preview chapters of his 4th book, titled "Our Man in Texas." It's another Dutch guy named Martin, but no other similarity or connection to the "Best Sister Ever" trilogy or "The Reluctant Guide."

Knowing a man called Bob doesn't work for anyone else. A palindrome - so you are clever but what does it gain the story? Bob, over here, is a bloke (not a man) who gets 's hands durty, a builder loike, probably down the pub every night. It's chiasmus but where is the profit? Now Martin is a distinguished gentleman with all the panache of Mr Bond, James Bond if you don't mind. That diacope beats yourpalindrome (common kids stuff and your chiasmus (not much better).
More seriously it is the intention behind the name; Ian Fleming stated that "the name was designed to be the simplest, plainest, dullest-sounding name (he)) could find". He wanted a boring, dull government blunt do-it-man. You won't saddle a gregarious multi millionnaire playboy with something which sounds like a bottle washer in a brothel unless there is a kink in the story. OTOH you don't want Marmaduke Misanthrope unless .....
If it's good enough for Lubrican...
He's a favorite of mine. I liked Beating Off Bob better, but I guess Amazon would have balked at that name.

Until I saw it here I didn't realize the initials of Beating Off Bob are "BOB".
I guess its a good thing his name wasn't Superior, Happy, Intuitive, and Talented.
