@Duncan7It's not a straight forward answer.
I currently live in the middle east, and our time here is 7 hours ahead of EDT.
The sites' system has two time slots for post-date stories. 8am and 8pm EDT.
At those two time slots, anything post dated for that day shows up in our queue for processing. However, it really depends on when we're available to process it.
I get to my office at 8am Middle East time, which is 1am EDT. I process whatever is in the queue at the time, so between 1am and 2am EDT. I continue processing throughout my day and evening, on all the sites until around 3pm EDT.
Vixen, my assistant, does processing also and she lives in the US, in the EDT area. She processes things during the day and she's the only one that handles the 8pm time slot. Sometimes she forgets about the other sites. She's the only moderator between 3pm EDT and 10pm EDT. Nobody is available between 10pm and 1am EDT.
Now of course, we're humans living life, and sometimes life interferes and if something gets in the way, posts go few hours without processing, and since Vixen and I are getting old, sometimes we forget to go through all the queues on all the sites every time we check.
For a while StoryRoom was neglected, but I'm trying my best to make processing there as frequent as SOL.
