Basically, well written stories that are focused around one or more incest relationships. Of course there're Lubrican's stories as well, but I lean toward Renpet's
I agree that Renpet has written some great stuff.
I will add Pookie's Melissa's Secrets as well.
Even though they fuck the family, Melissa's Secrets is more about using your kids to get access to other people's than incest. At least with Renpet and Lubrican there's a pretense of loving rather than just lusting.
I believe the families do love their kids, but I get what you are saying. It's still well-written and has a story that is interesting.
Originally I was going to write "pimping" instead of "using." I decided to tone it down but that's still my opinion of the families.
I might also mention Losgud, General Principle, Lazlong, and Dilettante (although incest is only a small portion of his one completed story).

I would also add Captive Family, which was an old erotic novel, but has also been credited to Eros in the past. I believe a version is available on this site.

Further, on Reddit, there is a brilliant AMA from a guy who claims to have had sexual relations with his mother from 14 until he went off to college. I say 'brilliant' because I found the irreverent remarks of the commentariat to be hilarious. His actual responses are pretty straightforward, but they are buried in threaded jokes.
