I have 'Email usage logs' set to true in my ASSTR account page and never received logs, in the year plus I've had an account. I assumed they were just broken, but if others are still getting them...
Is there something I need to do to get them to send?

No, this is a longstanding ASSTR issue. Some authors receive updates, while others don't, no matter how they set their accounts. However, Sterlings' problem is a separate issue. I've gotten weekly reports for years (even though I removed all my stories), while other author's bitched about not getting them, but they never arrived today. Something new is up. Maybe the ASSTR staff figured it was better that no one get them, rather than trying to defend why did.
They've never worked for me, so, ah well.
It's an old story. ASSTR has been struggling financially for years. When the credit card companies refused to allow them to accept payments, they sank quickly. While Lazeez does most of his coding himself, ASSTR can't afford programmers, so problems like this sit idle indefinitely. I haven't seen any new coding on ASSTR in ages, they don't respond to queries or bug reports, and their forum has been abandoned for years. However, they still have a ton of stories which few other sites will carry anymore.
