Would anyone be willing to write a story about my growing up to become the slut I am
I don't know.
It could be interpreted as she's trying to commission a ghost writer for a sexually charged auto-biography.
Arguably that could belong in author hangout rather than story ideas.

Isn't that presumptuous, or do you consider promiscuous males 'studs' rather than 'sluts'?

Maybe a little, but not as much as you imply.
The OP's user name is master4me, this implies the OP is submissive and since "master" is masculine, the op is either a female submissive, or a gay male bottom.

For me, whenever I hear the phrase "stud" thrown around, the first definition that pops up is "as bright as a 2x4!"
The only person qualified to tell your story is you. No one else knows it.
That doesn't preclude someone working with her to put the story into words on "paper".
Famous people use ghost writers for auto-biographies all the time.

Cept, SOL isn't known for being a ghost-writer community. Those you search for and usually pay, upfront, for the privilege (and primarily to make it more interesting than it is coming from their mouths, verbatim).

True, but what's the harm in asking? The worst we can do is say no, leaving the OP in the same position she is already in. What does she lose by asking for help?

Sorry, I didn't mean it as a personal criticism, merely that--at the moment--the forum doesn't have a 'story request' thread. Given the number of requests, it would be a natural extension of the forum, and there are several authors (at a minimum) who are interested in those types of collaborations, but alas, those authors are still fairly limited, as most authors are either chasing their own muses, or want to take their own stories in their own directions, without being constrained by others preconceptions.
That's not to say that I personally have a problem with it, just that these types of story requests rarely have a truly 'happy' outcome. But kb69's suggestion is spot on, and is a good starting place.

True, but I don't see the OP as fitting into that.
I see, "I want help writing my story" as a very different animal from "I want a [insert story type here] story"
Maybe I'm displaying my inner cynic, but the post sounds like a phishing expedition.
I agree. The lack of specifics, personal details, etc. make it sound like 'this is an exciting tale' and more 'common, suckers, all I need is a bank account (to send you a 'payment') and I'm in business!

I saw it as someone wanting a specific type of story. Either a girl who wants to tell her story (or fantasy) or a guy who wants to read that kind of story.
I once did what this OP is asking. While writing, we had a back and forth as I got the details to everything from how people looked to how they felt to what they did. Some of it was quite personal. To be honest, that was more interesting than the story I wrote.
