I was in the middle of reading his last story and was called away for work. When I got back everything of his is gone.

According to the Removed list he requested Fuck Off Asshole be removed yesterday

I vaguely remember a Mick blogging about changing his name. Could he now be 'Writer Mick'?

I saw the OP message and checked the removal list and the only one in the last few days was the one I mentioned above by Writer Mick, so I thought that was what he's talking about. He has 45 stories on SoL from 2017 to now. He does sign his blog entries as just Mick.
