It depends upon their recent diet. :)

ETA

For example, if dehydrated, their urine will be a darker colour.

Additionally if they have recently fed on a vampire, their urine could well be bright red. This is caused by feeding on a vampire who recently drank from a blood bag. As vampires only feed on prey that share their blood type, (thus the expression "she's not my type") blood bags produced for vampires is actually just plasma heavily dyed for aesthetic and marketing reasons, this dye, when devoured, persists and thus affects the urine colour of the consumer.

I would think it would be yellow, like the urine of every other mammal. Uric acid is yellow. Urine will be clear to dark yellow depending on how concentrated it is.

Red urine indicates bleeding in the urinary tract or Kidneys. This is very bad.

Since in reality, there are no werewolves, so any pee they produce would be fake pee. Does that mean they also wash their fur with sham poo?

This might answer your question.

Long ago, I read a newspaper article (therefore it must be true!) claiming that you can tell whether someone is a werewolf by observing the colour of their urine.

Ok, joking aside, the medical name you are seeking is Porphyria

The name porphyria is from the Greek ฯ€ฮฟฯฯ†ฯฯฮฑ, porphyra, meaning "purple", a reference to the color of the urine that may occur during an attack.

Porphyria has been suggested as an explanation for the origin of vampire and werewolf legends, based upon certain perceived similarities between the condition and the folklore.

I don't think so - that's the explanation for vampires (according to some sources).

Being a werewolf greatly predisposes you to becoming a vampire after 'death', according to most legends about them.

I thought being 'unnaturally handsome' (at least for young men) caused that (at least in popular fiction for young girls).

@Vincent Berg

being 'unnaturally handsome'

You got that backwards, becoming a vampire causes you to become 'unnaturally handsome', that's why it is unnatural.

@Tw0Cr0ws

unnaturally handsome

Maybe the handsome thing has another explanation? It's not enough to just get bitten/fed upon to become a vampire, it has to be intentional, there is a 'process'. Given that fact, who would chose to 'turn' the ugly guy rather than the handsome one? After all, in most versions vampires don't age.

The age thing is rarely thought through though. Most agree that vampires seniority and often 'power' is based upon how long they have been a vampire. However, in almost every case an 'old' vampire looks old, which is weird since they are not supposed to age (in looks). Unless of course those who are 'turned' when old resent those younger handsome vampires and quietly kill them off.??

Some kind of inverse 'stake-holder' pension plan perhaps?
