I may need to disappear one of my little Winter Jennings stories. How would I do this?

Thanks, but I was looking for a more proactive method. Not the default option that is reliant on busy curators.

For example, could I go to Authors/Editors > Post & Repost > Repost Stories? This would allow me to 'Completely Replace an existing story'.

Then, I guess, I could put in some sort of 'In progress' message. But that seems kind of unfair, if not misleading, to readers. Although, now that I'm thinking it through, maybe that is the way to go. There's a good chance that I would repost a deleted story, or universe, sometime in the future. Mods allowing.

To Post / Repost or Delete a story requires it to be handled by the moderators, while the Post / Repost requires more work than just a deletion. So a deletion request is less work for them. I also doubt the moderators would allow anyone to post a place holder for a story as one of the rules is that any story post must include a chapter of the story so you can't post just a character list or contents page by itself.
