I've written 20 chapters of a story that is likely to be 50--70 chapters when finished. I don't like it, so I want to rewrite it before I start posting it. Unfortunately, I can't figure out what to do differently.
Searching through the available editors, I can see a lot who can proofread for spelling, punctuation, and grammar. That is not what I need right now.
How do I find an editor who can advise me on how to rewrite my story?
