It says:
a. No obscene nudity or overt sexual acts allowed in custom covers. Tasteful nudity may be tolerated if nudity is necessary.
So I guess "tasteful nudity" may be tolerated. I didn't think that was so, but that's what it says.
But under #8 (Image rules) it says:
g. Real life photographs must not contain recognizable faces if the people are fully or partially nude or engaging in sexual acts.
I have an idea for a book and posted one potential chapter as a stand alone very short story. Does tatesfule include an erect penis?

In the cover upload widget are the detailed cover rules:
1 - Minimum Cover width 750px. The system will reject images with less width.
2 - Cover MUST contain clear and very legible Story Title and Author name.
3 - Pictures with no title or author name are not acceptable.
4 - Images with the title or author name too small or unclear are not accptable.
5 - Tastful nudity allowed, but NO vulgar covers
5a - No penises
5b - No vaginas
5c - No sex acts
