No biggie, just wondering how often the totals on the "Stats" page are updated. I guess what I'm really asking is whether it's a waste of time for me to check every hour after I post a new story, though I wouldn't really do something so ridiculous. Nope, not me, the confessed numbers whore.

I believe the system recalculates them every time the information is requested. However, if the page in your cache is too recent, the system may simply give you the cached page unless you force a refresh.
And if you think I know what I'm talking about I've fooled you!
